An exotic combination of colors and flavors, this meal is full of fiber, vitamins, minerals & antioxidants from turmeric-infused brown rice, purple sweet potato, bok choi, green beans, dried cranberries and almonds. Served with curry sauce on the side and house-made shrimp chips. (Vegan if the shrimp chips aren't consumed).
This meal is suitable for those controlling their carbohydrate intake.
The renal-friendly version of this meal substitutes white jasmine rice for the brown rice.
